Terms of Service

By accessing or using any JeeTech LLC product, website, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

JeeTech LLC is a registered business entity in the United States. These Terms are governed by applicable US law. We aim to write legal documents in plain English — if something is unclear, please reach out before using the service.

JeeTech LLC provides the following SaaS products:

• ByteSync — Cloud file sync and backup with zero-knowledge encryption
• SwiftDesk — Helpdesk and customer support ticketing platform
• PageForge — No-code landing page builder with A/B testing
• Media Player — Cross-platform video player (one-time lifetime license)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice. We won't pull the rug out without giving you a heads-up.

You must create an account to use most JeeTech services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share account credentials
• Notify us promptly at support@jeetechie.com of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Store, sync, or distribute illegal content via ByteSync
• Use SwiftDesk to harass, spam, or deceive customers or users
• Publish misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content with PageForge
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Resell or sublicense our Services without prior written permission

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Paid plans are billed monthly. The Media Player is a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). JeeTech LLC does not store, process, or have access to raw payment card data. International transactions may be processed via Wise.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you'll still have access until then.

We offer a 14-day refund window on all paid plans as described in our Refund Policy.

All content, software, designs, and trademarks associated with JeeTech LLC products are the exclusive property of JeeTech LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. You retain full ownership of any data or content you submit through our Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JEETECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JEETECH LLC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request earlier removal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
