Security you can count on.
Security isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything is built on. Here's exactly how we protect your data and your customers' trust.
How we protect your data
Encryption at Rest
All customer data is encrypted with AES-256. ByteSync file contents use zero-knowledge encryption — we cannot access or read your files. Encryption keys are managed via hardware security modules (HSM).
TLS 1.3 in Transit
All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. HTTP is redirected to HTTPS site-wide. HSTS headers enforced on all endpoints.
PCI-DSS via Stripe
Payment processing is handled exclusively through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). JeeTech LLC never stores, processes, or transmits raw card data.
GDPR & CCPA Ready
Users have the right to access, modify, export, and delete their data. Consent is explicitly recorded. Data processing agreements in place with all sub-processors.
US Infrastructure
Hosted on US-based cloud infrastructure with automatic failover, CDN-level DDoS protection, and 99.99% uptime SLA for Business plan customers.
SOC-2 Readiness
We follow SOC-2 Type II controls for security, availability, and confidentiality across all internal systems and processes.
