Delivery Policy

All JeeTech LLC products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, no shipping costs, and no delivery delays. Access to purchased products is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe.

For ByteSync, SwiftDesk, and PageForge subscription plans:

• Access is granted instantly after payment confirmation
• Dashboard access and API credentials are provisioned automatically
• Subscription billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your start date
• You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge from our payment processor (Stripe)

For the Media Player one-time lifetime license:

• Your license key is emailed to your registered email address within 5 minutes of purchase
• The license is tied to your account and valid for all current and future supported versions
• Download links are available in your account dashboard immediately after purchase

If you don't receive your confirmation email or license key within 30 minutes of purchase:

• Check your spam/junk folder first
• Verify the email address registered to your account
• Log into your account dashboard — products appear there immediately after payment
• Contact support@jeetechie.com if the issue persists and we'll sort it out

We target 99.99% uptime for all JeeTech services. Planned maintenance windows are communicated via our status page at jeetechie.com/status. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 1 hour, affected Business plan accounts will receive a proportional service credit.
