Privacy Policy

JeeTech LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) takes your privacy seriously — not as a legal checkbox, but as a genuine commitment. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. If something isn't clear, email us and we'll explain it in plain terms.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Data: Name, email address, and password when you register
• Payment Data: Billing address and last 4 digits of card — Stripe handles all card details, we never see the full number
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage logs
• Synced Files (ByteSync): File metadata (names, sizes, timestamps) — file contents are zero-knowledge encrypted and unreadable by us
• Support Data (SwiftDesk): Messages and attachments you send through your helpdesk inbox
• Page Analytics (PageForge): Anonymized visitor metrics for your published pages

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account notifications, receipts, password resets)
• Respond to support requests and legal inquiries
• Improve and develop new product features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or behavioral tracking.

We share data with third-party processors only as necessary to operate the Services:

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
• Wise — International payment facilitation where applicable
• Mercury — US business banking and financial operations
• Cloud Infrastructure — Hosting, storage, and CDN (US-based data centers)

All processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring GDPR-compliant data handling.

If you're located in the EU/EEA or California, you have the following rights over your data:

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Restriction: Request restricted processing in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email support@jeetechie.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We respond within 5 business days.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination. ByteSync file data is deleted within 7 days of account closure. You may request earlier deletion of any data at any time by emailing us.

We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, zero-knowledge encryption for ByteSync file contents, and strict access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only. See our Security Center for full technical details.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns — these are first-party only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings or through the cookie banner on our site.
